You’ve built a career making decisions and earning the confidence of others. Yet a new role, a difficult relationship, or a choice with no obvious right answer can leave you with fewer places to think out loud.
Colleagues have stakes in the outcome. Advice comes readily, but it often carries someone else’s priorities. Coaching offers a confidential conversation where you can think without having to defend a position.
You might be considering your next move, struggling to influence a colleague, or finding that an approach that once served you well no longer works. You may have achieved what you set out to achieve and be uncertain about what comes next.
We begin with the question you bring, while remaining open to what it reveals about your priorities, ambitions, and the kind of leader you want to be.
We identify a useful direction, knowing it may evolve. Sessions focus on the situations you are navigating: a conversation you’ve avoided, a decision with competing consequences, a pattern you’re noticing, or an opportunity you’re not sure you want.
I’ll listen carefully and challenge your thinking when it serves the work. You decide what to explore and what to do with it. The point is to make more intentional choices beyond our conversations.
Adapting when expectations, relationships, and stakes change.
Understanding where a message isn’t landing or trust is strained.
Sorting through competing priorities and deciding what success should mean next.
An assessment such as Hogan can sometimes illuminate patterns worth exploring, including how strengths may be experienced by others under pressure. We use it only when it adds value.
You don’t need a perfectly defined coaching goal before reaching out. If a different perspective might help, we can begin there.
